How do I deal with wrong deliveries?Updated a year ago

If you think you have received a wrong product, you should not return it to us at first. Instead, send an email to our support department, so they can assess the problem and solve it as fast as possible.

In your email, please describe the problem, and if possible always add one or more pictures that show the problem too. This way our agents can quickly assess the case and if they find you have indeed been sent the wrong product, they will usually send you the right one immediately. If the right product is out of stock, you can either choose an alternative product or get a refund.

Usually, you will not be asked to return the wrong product. This is because we think our customers should not be bothered unnecessarily by mistakes we have made. We only seek to solve the error for our customers as fast and painlessly for them as possible. Should we request a return of the wrong product, we will of course pay for the shipping.
