I have returned my order for a refund - when will I get my money?Updated a year ago

Before we can refund a returned order or product, our return department needs to assess the case and manually check the state of the returned products. The time it takes for an order to go through the return validation process can vary, but will mostly be between 7 and 14 days business days.

The process time will be longer in busy periods, like in January where we have a much higher rate of returns because of customers exchanging Christmas presents.
