The payment has been deducted from my account - but I haven't received my order yet!Updated a year ago

We only activate payments after an order has been shipped out from our warehouse. After this, it usually takes 3-5 working days before the payment is deducted from your bank account.

This means that under some circumstances you will experience that the payment is deducted from your account before the order arrives, depending on the shipping time for that particular order.

The chance of this happening is of course higher if you have chosen the "free shipping" option when ordering as that results in the longest expected delivery time (up to 10 working days in some cases).
