Why have my shipping costs not been refunded when I asked for a full refund?

If you simply regret your purchase and return your order to us for a refund, we will only refund the price for the products themselves, not any shipping fee that was on your order.

I want to return a product, but the invoice is about to expire! What do I do?

We recommend that you contact Klarna and let them know that the order is going in return, because then they can extend your due date for free. You can also choose to pay the invoice, and you will be refunded when the matter is settled.
