When will my order be sent?Updated a year ago

We send our orders every business day around 16:00.

If your order has been placed before 15:00, it will most likely be sent the same day – otherwise it will be sent the day after.

If there’s a problem with your order and it can't be shipped within the standard time frame, we will contact you.

We do not ship during weekends and holidays, so if you for example place your order on a Friday after 15:00, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
