Who is responsible for returned products while they are in transit?Updated a year ago

When you return products to us, either for a refund or to exchange to another product, you, as the sender, have the sole responsibility for the shipment.

If a product return is lost in the mail, you will have to deal with the postal service / courier regarding any compensation for your loss. Similarly, if a product comes back to us in a damaged state, we will not be able to refund or exchange it and any claim will have to be made with the postal service / courier.

If you want to avoid this situation, we recommend that you return products using tracked parcels. This way you are better protected if something goes wrong. This solution will of course also be more expensive (sometimes significantly so), so in each case it is up to you to decide whether the cheaper rate for un-tracked shipments (e.g. letters) is worth the risk.
