We strive to respond to you within 24 hours, but this is unfortunately not always possible.
Our customer support is not opened during weekends, so if you send a mail on Friday, you will most likely have your response on the following Monday.
To avoid waiting time, do try to use our Help Center and Knowledge Base - answers to most questions can be found there with a quick search:

At certain times of the year, like around Christmas or shopping days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, order volumes are unusually high and our support will be very busy. Longer response times must be expected during these periods.
