If the estimated delivery period has not yet expired, it will not serve any purpose to contact us as the agent will just ask you to wait until the period has expired. We will not engage in cases where the estimated delivery period is still active.

If the expected delivery period has expired, you should contact us so we can try to help, but first, consider the following:

Apart from random delays in the postal service, most cases concerning missing orders are due to errors in the delivery address. Before you contact us, please check that the delivery address written on the order is completely correct - even a small error can delay a letter or have the postal service return it to us.

If you find that there is an error in the delivery address, do not panic! Even if you made a mistake when entering the address, we will still make sure you get the products you paid for. Just be sure to inform us about the error when contacting us - this will speed up the support process significantly and help you get the missing product(s) faster.

If your order is deemed to have been lost in the mail, we will always re-send your order, no matter the reason for the problem, granted that we have your product in stock. Otherwise, you will get a refund. That is part of the guarantee and safety of being a customer at Lux-case.
