To return a product the following 2 simple requirements must be met:

1. The return must be done within our return period of 30 days. After this time, it is no longer possible to return your product for a refund or exchange.
   
   
2. The product has to be in its original state. This means that the product cannot be damaged in any way or have any signs of having been used. Note, though, that you always have the right to break the wrapping or carton of a product to feel and test it before you decide if you want to start using it - or if you want to return it for a refund or exchange.
