What is the time limit for returning a product?Updated a year ago
EU law guarantees buyers a 14 days cool-off period after receiving an order. This means you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
At Lux-Case, however, we guarantee our customers an extended return period of 30 days! So up to 30 days after you have received your order from us, you can still return it and exchange to another product or get a refund.
