I ordered a product for the wrong model - what do I do now?Updated a year ago

If you have ordered a wrong product because you mixed up the model of your phone or watch, you can always return the product and exchange to a correct one for your model.

Try to determine the correct model of your device

Before you return the product, make sure you have tried to determine the correct name and model of your device. This is very important for our ability to help you get a correct product in the end. You can read more about how to determine the correct device model in this article:

If you find the correct model for your device, you can search for this in our webshop and see the available products for it so you can choose which product you would like to replace the original one.

Return the product to us for an exchange

Return the product by mail to this address:

Please enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation in the return letter so we can easily identify the product, or if you don't have the invoice, please write the order number on a note.

If you have been able to determine the correct model of your device and have found a new product you would like, write on the invoice/note that you ordered for a wrong model and wish to exchange to another product. Then write the full name of the new product, exactly as it is written in the webshop, so we can easily find which product to send to you. When the warehouse receives your return letter, they will send you the product you have wished for.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for returned products in transit.
