How do I exchange a product?Updated a year ago

NOTE! - If you’ve received a wrong product and want the right one, or the product you’ve received is broken or has a defect, you normally do not have to return anything. Please refer to these articles for instructions on how to go forward in those cases:

If you have simply regretted your purchase or if you have accidentally ordered a wrong product and you want to return and exchange it to another product, you can follow the procedure below:

Please enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation in the return letter so we can easily identify the product, or if you don't have the invoice, please write the order number on a note.

Write on the invoice/note that you wish to exchange the product and write the name of the product that you wish to exchange to. Please be sure to write the full name of the new product, exactly as it is written in the webshop, so our agents can easily find the right product to send to you.

When the warehouse receives your return letter, they will send you the product you have wished for.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for returned products in transit.
