How do I return a product for a refund?Updated 2 months ago

NOTE! - If you’ve received a wrong product or the product you’ve received is broken or has a defect, you normally do not have to return anything. Please refer to these articles for instructions on how to go forward in those cases:

If you have simply regretted your purchase or if you have accidentally ordered a wrong product and you want to return it for a refund, you can follow the procedure below:

Return the product by mail to this address:

Please enclose a copy of the invoice/order confirmation in the return letter so we can easily identify the returned product, or if you don't have the invoice, please write the order number and product SKU on a note. Write clearly on the invoice/note that you want a refund.

Return shipping costs

Please note, you will always have to pay for the return shipping yourself when you have simply regretted your purchase or have ordered the wrong product and want to return it for a refund.
